Eiffel Tower with Red Tree

This is a very subtle black and white colour composition with a dramatic splash of red to make this painting unusually unorthodox. It's the Champs Elysee some 100 years ago and that's the reason I put in some heritage features like the old style tram car, horse drawn carriage, people dressed in contemporary costumes and riding horses so this art piece is breathing history. And of course it portrays the iconic Eifel Tower which is one of the reasons Paris is attracting the highest number of tourists in the world. ~ Giovanni
