Greg Irvine was born in 1946 Melbourne, Australia. He studied at the National Gallery Art School, Melbourne (1962-65)
He has won numerous art prizes and has had over 70 exhibitions within Australia and overseas.
He Designed sets and costumes for the Australian Ballet production of: 1972 "The Firebird" and 1980 for "Scheherazade"
Commissions: 1988 - Limited Edition Prints for Comalco Limited Australia, 1999 - Two storey tall sculpture and murals, Acland Court, St Kilda, 2008 - Large St Kilda Pier painting for "unChain St Kilda" organization
